whole wheat no yeast pizza




Whole wheat , no yeast, healthy chicken pizza...

Hello everyone, this is sumana introducing you a very very healthy option of having pizza...let's start...

(This is a recipe for a regular size pizza)

Now at first we need to prepare our chicken for the topping. Cut 100g the chicken breast into bite size pieces into a bowl. And now in another bowl two tbps of curd or yogurt or dahi, Red chilli powder according to your taste( coz every people have different capacity of consuming chilli, so i recommend according to taste๐Ÿ˜), ginger garlic paste half tps, black pepper, salt according to taste, drizzle half tps of mustard oil( a little bengali touch), a pinch of garam masala powder, mix well and set aside untill the dough and pizza sauce is ready๐Ÿ˜Š...

Now it's time to prepare our healthy dough.  One and half cup of whole wheat flour, one tps of baking powder, a pinch of baking soda, salt to taste, half tps of sugar mix all dry ingredients very well and slowly add add curd and bind a soft dough and drizzle half tps of oil and cover for half an hour (or untill the pizza sauce is redy).

Now take 4 big ripe tomatoes , roughly chop into pieces and make a paste,(hello, i am an indian and a Bengali too so, in my recipes you gonna taste all kinds of Bengali indian flavour, belive me you all will love this ,trust me) yes we will use the whole tomatoes with the skin and seeds. Take a pan, heat 2 tbps of ghee, add the tomato paste, one tps garlic paste, salt to taste, add coursely grounded 8 to 9 black pepper corns to the tomato paste, add oregano, chilli flex according to your taste, simmer the flame and let it cook...( If you want a rich red colour you can add kashmiri lal mirch or red food colour. Or you can cook the sause in butter for the rich flavour, as i said healthy, that's why  I go for desi ghee i,e. Clarified butter) now after 5 minutes check the sauce, taste it evry thing is ok or not. Don't dry the sauce too much keep it semi-liquid paste.

Now let's go back to the marinated chicken, slice up some vegetables like capcicum, tomatoes, onions and corns. Heat a pan add 1 tps of mustard oil pour the marinated chicken and stir a little and cover the pan for about 5 minutes.(while cooking the chicken will release water don't worry, it will help the chicken to cook nicely, when it dries add one spoon of mustard oil on the chicken and fry golden brown after its done add oregano and chilli flex and all the sliced veggies into the pan mix a little and turn of the flame... Yummy ...๐Ÿ˜‹

Pre heat your oven or if you don't have oven relex don't worry i also don't have ๐Ÿ˜œ... As our toppings are cooked we can make our pizza in a tawa or in a pan. Now take the dough it will raise till bit. Kneed the dough in to a smooth dough. Roll out a thin roti of a ( thin roti because we are making a whole wheat pizza we don't want to eat a raw dough) heat up your tawa, if you are making a big pizza then you can take a dosa tawa prick the whole wheat pizza base with a fork and put the roti on the tawa Toast it slightly on both the sides, turn the flame to low and add home made pizza sauce on the top, add grated mozerella cheese on top generously, now add all the toppings add a pinch of salt, oregano, chilli flex according to your taste and cover the pizza and cook in low flame for five minutes and check it whether the cheese melted or not ,,if not then leave it for another 5 minutes ( remember use a heavy buttom tawa or pan for preventing from burning)

 Am very happy to make such a healthy version of pizza at home and the reality is that it's taste way better than the market one๐Ÿ˜Š. Now every one who is looking for a healthy cheat meal during his or her diet, it's a bestest option you could have. I am a big pizza lover i am glad to make a healthy version.
