How to make tasty breakfast out of stale breads.

Transform stale breads into yummy breakfast πŸ˜‹ : Ingredients : For making this yummy and spicy breakfast we need 2 to 3 days old breads ( i have used atta breads).  6 slices of breads cut into small cubes, if you want you can remove the sides but i didn't.  For the making the masala we need a large onion cut into cubes, one Tomato cut into cubes, one medium size potato cut into cubes, two chopped green chillies and two tbsp peanuts . For tempering we need half TSP mustard seeds, half TSP jeera or cumin and one dried red chilli. : Method : Heat a pan with  2 tbsp of oil, fry the potatoes with a pinch of oil and turmeric powder, Until crispy. After the potatoes are done take it out in a plate. Now fry the peanuts until crispy and nutty. Take it out in a plate. Then  in the same oil add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and dried chilli for tempering, fry for 30 seconds.  Now add the chopped onions and green chillies and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.  After 2 minutes add salt to ta

Kurkuri bhindi/ crispy okra fry... Ingredients For making kurkuri bhindi or crispy okra we need 500 gems of bhindi or okra. 1/2 tsp spoon turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp dried mango powder, three tbsp of besan or chickpea flour, salt to taste, spicy red chilli powder according to taste,one tbsp of rice flour, 1/4 TSP of Black pepper Powder. And oil for deep frying. Method The most important thing for making perfect crispy bhindi is to avoid moisture. Any kind of moisture can make you bhindi or okra soft it will not remain crispy. Now wash the bhindi or okra nicely and dry them properly with a kitchen towel, so that no moisture left. Now cut the head and bottom, and then cut the bhindi length wise and remove the seeds. As shown in the image. And let them air dry for 5 minutes. Now put them in a bowl, add salt according to taste, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli, spicy red chilli, dried mango powder, black pepper Powder, besan or chickpea flour and rice flour (donot add any water or oil).

-:Dhokla:- : Ingredients : For making super soft dhokla we need one cup besan, finely chopped ginger, two green chillies finely chopped, one  lemo juice, one tbsp fruit salt (ENO), one TSP sugar,1/2 tsp baking powder and salt to taste. :Method: Let's start, take a bowl add one cup of besan or chickpea flour, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies ,salt to taste, whole lemon juice and one TSP sugar. Mix them well. Now add water gradually and make a batter of flowing consistency. Mix well until the sugar dissolves. Now prepare the streamer if you don't have steamer don't worry you can steam them in a idli stand in cooker. Add  one glass of water in steamer or cooker turn on the flame on medium . Now grease a 6 inch baking tin (or any other container with high edges which will help the batter to rise ) or idli stand with oil. Just before pouring the batter in tin add one tbsp of fruit salt or ENO in a bowl and dissolve it with some water mix and pour in the batter and mix the

Mango oats, very healthy, tasty and great start for weightloss... Hello mommy's   today i am sharing a amazing recipe if you have sweet tooth. Mango oats a great start for your weightloss journey. 😊 For making mango oats we need  mangoπŸ˜„.  :Ingredients: Two alfanso mangoes.(ripe) 1 and 1/2 glass of milk. 6 tbsp of rolled oats. 2 TSP honey. : Method: At first cut the mangoes , take out the pulp and blend it in a blender coursely. Keep it chunky. And keep it aside. Heat a sauce pan , pour 1 and 1/2 glass of milk in it. Heat the milk on medium flame. When the milk comes to a boil add 6 tbsp of oats. And keep on stiring other wise it will seat on the bottom of the sauce pan and burn. (Tips: oats takes less than 3 minutes to cook).  When it's oats become thicker like kheer turn off the flame.
