Banana pancakes with peanut butter Take two egg whites beat it till fluffy (tips:- though it's summer the egg must be cold, separate the whites gently and beat with a hand whisk faster and you will get a fluffy egg white mixture) gradually add 4 tbsp of sugar and beat, add 1 tps of vanilla essence in it and keep aside. Take another bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, add 1 small ripe banana after smashing it properly. Now the batter is ready, let's make it...😋 Heat a pan, apply some butter (tips:- if you are looking for a healthy option then go for desi ghee, the most perfect ingredient for healthy and glowing skin) pour a laddle full of batter on the hot pan and cover it for a minute or 2 or until small holes appear on the top of the pancake batter and then flip your pancake upside down and apply ghee or butter on the other side.
