High Protein dal, very filling for weight loss... One large onion roughly chopped, one inch chopped ginger, one green chilli finely chopped. Soak one cup of soya chunk in hot water with salt for 10 minutes. Arhar dal is also rich in protein and other nutrition al values which helps to increase the elasticity of you skin, and makes your skin glowing ] Heat a pan add 2 tbsp of mustard oil, add one TSP of jeera (cumin seeds), one TSP of mustard seeds, fry for , few seconds chopped onions, fry for one one minute, add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and fry for one minute now add one TSP hald( turmeric powder),one TSP coriander powder, one TSP garam masala powder and one TSP salt, mix well, now add the chopped tomatoes mix well , cover and cook for 2 minutes at low flame, after t
