Mango oats a great start for your weightloss journey. π For making mango oats we need mangoπ. :Ingredients: Two alfanso mangoes.(ripe) 1 and 1/2 glass of milk. 6 tbsp of rolled oats. 2 TSP honey. : Method: At first cut the mangoes , take out the pulp and blend it in a blender coursely. Keep it chunky. And keep it aside. Heat a sauce pan , pour 1 and 1/2 glass of milk in it. Heat the milk on medium flame. When the milk comes to a boil add 6 tbsp of oats. And keep on stiring other wise it will seat on the bottom of the sauce pan and burn. (Tips: oats takes less than 3 minutes to cook). When it's oats become thicker like kheer turn off the flame. And add the mango puree. And mix it well, serve and drizzle honey on top.π : Nutritional value of oats: Oats are full of nutritions. Whole oats are rich in antioxidants including Avananthram
