Hello mommy's  today i am sharing a amazing recipe if you have sweet tooth. Mango oats a great start for your weightloss journey.๐Ÿ˜Š

For making mango oats we need  mango๐Ÿ˜„. 

:Ingredients:
  • Two alfanso mangoes.(ripe)
  • 1 and 1/2 glass of milk.
  • 6 tbsp of rolled oats.
  • 2 TSP honey.

:Method:
At first cut the mangoes, take out the pulp and blend it in a blender coursely. Keep it chunky. And keep it aside.

Heat a sauce pan , pour 1 and 1/2 glass of milk in it. Heat the milk on medium flame. When the milk comes to a boil add 6 tbsp of oats. And keep on stiring other wise it will seat on the bottom of the sauce pan and burn. (Tips: oats takes less than 3 minutes to cook).  When it's oats become thicker like kheer turn off the flame. And add the mango puree. And mix it well, serve and drizzle honey on top.๐Ÿ˜‹

Whole oats are rich in antioxidants including Avananthramides. 
It contains soluble fibers called beta glucan.
Oats control cholesterol and can control blood sugar levels.
