High Protein dal for weight loss ,very filling recipe



High Protein dal, very filling for weight loss...

One large onion roughly chopped, one inch chopped ginger, one green chilli finely chopped.  Soak one cup of soya chunk in hot water with salt for 10 minutes. 

[benifit of having this protein dal is very rich in protein, soya chunk is a great source of protein, very nutritious, one bowl of this protine pal is just enough for lunch in your weight loss journey. Arhar dal is also rich in protein and other nutrition al values which helps to increase the elasticity of you skin, and makes your skin glowing]

Heat a pan add 2 tbsp of mustard oil, add one TSP of jeera (cumin seeds),  one TSP of mustard seeds, fry for , few  seconds chopped onions, fry for one one minute, add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and fry for one minute now add  one TSP hald( turmeric powder),one TSP coriander powder, one TSP garam masala powder and one TSP salt, mix well, now add the chopped tomatoes mix well , cover and cook for 2 minutes at low flame, after two minutes uncover and stir nicely and cook for another 2 MINUTES.
 After 2 minutes add the soya chunks ( tips: wash them well in cold water, squise well and then add) mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes at low flame, after five minutes stir it well (tips: if the mixture is too dry you can add some water  to prevent tha spices from burning.)

Now add  one cup arhar dal (tips: wash it twice thoroughly before adding) mix well and add one and half glass of water ( tips:at this stage taste the salt if required add salt now, not after that), cover the pressure cooker and wait for three whistle at medium flame.

After three whistle it's ready mix well, and serve hot with roti ,paratha or rice.(tips: but i prefer it without roti or parathas, if you are really looking forward to loose weight then it very important to control your portions  other wise it's not worth, if you eat the dal with two three rotis then it will increase your weight rapidly.)

How to eat this dal for weight loss?
1. One bowl of the protein dal with some cucumber. Or
2. One katori dal, one small roti, three tbsp of curd and cucumber and onion slice( this is what called portion control)
