No frying, no drying, diet potato chips in microwave

No need to fry No need to dry Diet chips in Microwave... Take large potatoes, wash them properly and wipe them well with kitchen towel. Peel the potatoes wipe it with kitchen towel again (tips: potatoes should not be wet ) Slice  the potatoes in a potato chips slicer. Take newspaper, spread it on your kitchen top wherever it is convenient for you. Now place the potato slice one by one on the newspaper, and then cover it with newspaper and Pat it dry. Do this  two times. Preheat your microwave on high for 10 minutes...with the baking tray... After 10 minutes take out the tray, apply two three drops of olive oil on the tray. Place the potato slice one by one on the tray sprinkle black salt on top and take olive oil on brush and brush black salt with the oil so that the salt spread evenly...   Now put the tray in microwave for 6 minutes on 900°c. After 3 minutes flip the potato slice and again bake for 3 minutes more,( keep an eye on it when it for preventing burning). You can eat this ch

New breakfast recipe, very easy and quick

Very easy and quick new egg Toast recipe... Take  a bowl and crack two whole eggs, beat them well, add 2 tbsp of milk, salt to taste, pinch of black pepper Powder, sprinkle chilli flex , some oregano and mix them well... Now take two slices of whole wheat bread, cut into triangles, as shown in the image. Heat a pan, apply ghee( tips : again ghee i think ghee is much better than butter. It's healthy, good for your bones, regular intake of one TSP of ghee in breakfast will not meke you fat😊 and give you glowing skin .)  Take one Slice of bread dip in the egg mixture , and put it on the pan do the same with the other bread slices dip it in the egg mixture and put it on the pan. After one minute flip them and let them Toast for another minute. After one minute, when the breads are toasted nicely, turn off the flame, and serve it hot with mayonnaise or green chilli sauce...😋   Nutritional value of egg: Egg is incredibly full of nutrients. High Protein dal, very filling for weight loss... One large onion roughly chopped, one inch chopped ginger, one green chilli finely chopped.  Soak one cup of soya chunk in hot water with salt for 10 minutes.  [benifit of having this protein dal is very rich in protein, soya chunk is a great source of protein, very nutritious, one bowl of this protine pal is just enough for lunch in your weight loss journey . Arhar dal is also rich in protein and other nutrition al values which helps to increase the elasticity of you skin, and makes your skin glowing ] Heat a pan add 2 tbsp of mustard oil, add one TSP of jeera (cumin seeds),  one TSP of mustard seeds, fry for , few  seconds chopped onions, fry for one one minute, add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and fry for one minute now add  one TSP hald( turmeric powder),one TSP coriander powder, one TSP garam masala powder and one TSP salt, mix well, now add the chopped tomatoes mix well , cover and cook for 2 minutes at low flame, after t

Bhindi masala for beginners... Wash 1kg bhindi ( lady fingers ) thoroughly enjoy under water. Cut into small pieces as shown by n the picture, Slice two onions, three finely chopped green chillies(  add green chillies According to your tate buds). Heat a kadai or pan add three table spoon of mustard oil, one TSP of jeera(cumin), two dry red chillies  for tempering when you it's colour changes add the onions into the kadai  fry the onions on high flame for two minutes, after two minutes lower the flame, and add the bhindis mix it well with the the onions and fry for five minutes on medium high flame, after five minutes start adding all the masalas, salt to taste, one TSP haldi powder(turmeric), one TSP dhaniya powder (coriander powder), one TSP jeera Powder (cumin powder), one third TSP chilli powder, one TSP amchur powder and mix them well and cover for five minutes and let it cook in low flame. Mango milkshake a refreshing summer drink to cool down your body and mind

Mango milkshake refreshing summer drink😊 Take one medium size mango cut it into small pieces, take 1 and 1/2  ( one and half ) glass of full cream milk, pour it in a blending jar. (Tips: take 1 TSP of sugar for 1 glass of milkshake and add 2 to 3 TSP of milk to dilute the sugar so that sugar crystal does not come to our mouth which feels bad) add the mango cubes and blend it to smoothly for 2 mints open the jar add ice cubes and add the mixture of sugar and milk and blend it for 1 minute.  Serve it chilled in glass and add chopped mango cubes for garnishing and enjoy your drink . (Tips: you might have noticed that i didn't add ice-cream in to the milk shake   because the milk was full cream milk and it was chilled so when you blend it it becomes so creamy and yummy. Very healthy chickpea and chicken recipe for dinner... Soak half a cup of chickpeas overnight and the next morning boil it in a pressure cooker by adding salt to taste for three whistle (or according to your preference that how much soft you want) and keep it aside.  Now take 50grms of chicken breast and cut into small pieces and marinate it with lemon juice and salt, black pepper Powder and turmeric.( Tips: turmeric is very important ingredient in indian cooking because it has a anticeptic properties which is very important for your immunity in this tough situation like corona virus ) for 10 mints. Now slice one medium size onion ,green chillies, ginger( tips: again ginger is the key ingredient to increase your metabolism) one small size tomatoes. Heat a pan, add one tbsp of mustard oil, when the oil is hot lower the flame and add half tsp of jeera seeds(tips: jeera is the key ingredient for your weightloss) fry it until light brown, add the marinated chicken fry it till brown now

Whole wheat , no yeast, healthy chicken pizza... Hello everyone, this is sumana introducing you a very very healthy option of having pizza... let's start... ( This is a recipe for a regular size pizza) Now at first we need to prepare our chicken for the topping . Cut 100g the chicken breast into bite size pieces into a bowl. And now in another bowl two tbps of curd or yogurt or dahi, Red chilli powder according to your taste( coz every people have different capacity of consuming chilli, so i recommend according to taste😁), ginger garlic paste half tps, black pepper, salt according to taste, drizzle half tps of mustard oil( a little bengali touch), a pinch of garam masala powder, mix well and set aside untill the dough and pizza sauce is ready😊... Now it's time to prepare our healthy dough.  One and half cup of whole wheat flour, one tps of baking powder, a pinch of baking soda, salt to taste, half tps of sugar mix all dry ingredients very well and slowly add add curd and bind
